The coverage-gap math compares 30-rep national teams against CIHI 2024 physician counts.
Reach is unlimited, volume is metered. Any HCP in your licensed jurisdiction can reach Sarah — there is no coverage cap, which is the whole point of closing the 96% gap. What each tier meters is included conversation volume per month (Launch ~2,000, Growth ~10,000, Enterprise unlimited), with per-conversation overage above the plan allotment.
