When you join the waitlist you give us your name, work email, company, and optionally your role. To prevent abuse we also store a one-way hashed form of your IP address and, if present, the campaign parameters in the link you arrived from. We do not collect health information through the waitlist.

We use it for one purpose: to email you about the Zenreps launch and early access. You give express consent by checking the box and confirming your email address (double opt-in). That consent is the only basis on which we’ll email you.

Launch and early-access updates only. We don’t use the waitlist for unrelated marketing, we don’t sell or rent it, and we don’t share it with third parties except the service providers that help us operate (for example, our email delivery provider), who may only process it on our instructions.

Every email includes a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate. You can also ask us to access or delete your information at any time by emailing ops@med-rep.pro.

We keep waitlist information until launch or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first, plus a short period to honour the unsubscribe.

Waitlist information is stored on our managed infrastructure with access restricted to the systems that send your confirmation and launch emails. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the limited data involved.
